WordPress MU

Hi again everyone :) I would like to ask now about the Avatars plugins in wpmu premium, i cant make it work and there are not so many ppl on their forums, so i want to ask for help here...

I cant make the avatars work, even in Profile >> Your Avatar, after uploading and cropping the picture, the avatar doesnt show up. The rewrite rules in htaccess are in place and in right position, ive checked the folders and permissions and everything seems to be fine.

Avatars are uploaded, i can see them via FTP but they just dont show up. Neither user nor blog ones. My question is, does anyone have any suggestion why this must be so? :)) thnx a lot in advance

they want ftp access to the website and i dont wanna give them that :) im just wondering if anyone experienced the same problem?

Please keep premium plugin issues over in their forum. :)
