Cool theme. All in all, one good looking Mu, except those Ads floating above drop-down menu. Btw, where did you get that Terms of Service text? Just curious...

err..yeah I gotta fix that. Seems to be only happening on Firefox 2 and IE6.

Terms of Service is from wp.com, modified a bit :P

The sitewide tags are obviously powered by MuTags.

The alpha version is compatible, but i've always had trouble with integration myself :P. It can be tricky matching the salts and keys even when following directions.

You're not alone. It's the main reason why we've not upgraded our own mu installs.

    About ready to drop bbpress.

lol ..I'd rather not risk an alpha on a live install :D
There's other options, but I really want to use bbpress.

Why would they steal my site ? They had a very good layout before ? They didnt even bother to change the text and links
Looks as though they even copied one of my user's blog ?

I'm giving them some time to remove it before I take action.

    Hi!
I am a newbie here, your WPMU frontpage is quite well design to me, can I know where to find something like this theme ? Or it is your custom made for yourself only ?

    @Klarko
sorry to see that, but still I have to admire the quality of the copy, its a 1-1 copy, and as I guess you didn't publish your theme anywhere, they must have figured it out by themselves, which is pretty clever *methinks*

No I didnt publish it anywhere.

Because they're lazy? Or they don't realize that someone's COPYRIGHTED theme is still copyrighted, and NOT GPL just because they use Wordpress.

They couldn't be bothered to change the tagline either.

Ovi - it's not that tricky to copy someone's layout when you can see the HTML & CSS.

    Give 'em the smackdown Klark.

If it doesn't get resolved through the right channels, then ..well let's hope it does, for his sake.

I know he's reading this, he's been lurking the forums.

It must have taken a bit of work to get it up and running, unless he's somehow managed to get access to your theme php files. But if he's gone to that much trouble - why not do his own.

Note: Using the masculine as it has shorter words. :)

@Klark0: Pop the abuse email address a nice polite message informing them of the infringement and "trusting" that they will help to resolve the issue.

After that I'm not sure, as they are not in the US I don't think a DMCA request will have much sway.

i honestly think that a designer that can exactly reproduce your design, layout, scripts, has got no need to fully copy your website. It would not be logic...
it would need more work to exactly copy it rather than make a similar version.

Dont see anywhere he could have gotten access to my theme files.

I'm doing it manually because I only have a few users right now.

I'm working on a plugin to do it, that I will release when finished.
