WordPress MU

I would like to find an expert tech person who can install and setup WordPress MU on my dedicated server. Can you let me know who I can contact about this?
Basically, I want to install and setup WordPress MU for me to be the administrator a blog site where many users (the users will be members of a business I'm affiliated with) will be able to login and setup their own blogs which will be posted on my server. I would also like to have any customization (if necessary) for me to limit the WordPress blog templates they can select to use for their user blogs. The reason for this is that I would like to easily be able to make uniform changes across all the blogs on the server to include banner ads or text ads (like AdSense). I can do it. I have installed the script multiple times and I run, manage and maintain a pretty large site using mu.

I am an American Living in Colorado and I do work promptly.

I am extremely familiar with all aspects of plugin compatability between wordpress and wpmu, as well as, plugins specifically designed for mu.

I have managed new plugin development for wp and mu and know how to use wpmu to run nearly any type of webs site.
