Hello guys and girls, my problem is this one, i downloaded the wordpress mu, create a sub directory, named "social", put the files tehre, unziped, configured the wp-config, and when i put http://www.mysite.org/social appears this:

You're not supposed to configure that yourself. The install is not like regular WP and you need to read the included readme.txt file.

That's backwards as well. Unzip locally and then upload. The zip contains a subdirectory which would mean your files will be sitting in mysite.org/social/wpmu.
