How do I remove blogs from my site feed, without making them not show up on search engines also? - The problem is, my main blog and the updates blog have more posts than anyone else, so they are always at the top.

Could mark them as mature. Depending on what you;re using to generate your site feed, that should get them to drop while still allowing search engines in.

Not a problem. Do note that will also remove them from everything else like sitewide feeds and the like.
