May i know why my mu blog cant function in Visual Editor?
only the html editor can be using?

once i click the visual editor.
it din change anything.
just like click nothing.

anyone got idea? thanks.

My crystal ball says:

- check page for javascript errors
- read error logs
- disable plugins

Gypsy lady needs more funds to continue tho.

anyone got good introduce about antispam pluings?

well, covered already in a lot of topics, but there is a short summary:

3rd party solutions:
akismet: you need an api key. read more on their site
defensio: needs a free api key, but each blog needs his own api key

"local" plugins:
good old sk2 alias spamkarma2
a plugin modified for wpmu by donncha, go check his website
several others like a modified version of recaptcha plugin ,etc.

newcomer: montyspam, look through the forum to find it

The one that Farms threw together with 3 smaller simple spam plugins - that actually works really well.

Typepad antispam as well.
