does it happen on sites with less blogs owned by admins? Because I noticed on a site where SiteAdmin initially set up all the blogs, so the snazzy drop down was a fabulous way to see it.

Log in to the backend of your MU. Look up in the top grey bar. See the tab that says "all my blogs" ? Click it.

hmm.. strange...
logged in as admin and i can only see one tab with my blog's name on it.
cannot find "all my blogs" tab :(

It may only show up if you have more blogs than go go across the top of the menu (like 5 or more).

i created 6 extra blogs for myself, so alltogether i have 7 blogs.
This really shows the "all my blogs" tab.

i click the tab and at the top (below the grey area with tabs) i have dropdown with my 7 blogs :(
i was hoping, this magically creates 5000 blogs for me

my wpmu is 2.6.3

but anyway, interesting. maybe on your blogs there is some interference with some plugin or so. I try to keep my site as clean as possible with minimum plugins needed.

Um, no. :) I doubt they'd put something like that in MU by default. ;) Be a spammer's paradise...

Well, I'm glad somebody else got excited by the little hidden surprise! Thanks andrea_r. I gotta take my small moments of *total* wonderful joy where I can get 'em.
