Strange URL problem (4 posts)

I am not sure if this just started happening so I am having a hard time trying to debug it.

This only happens on one of my blogs, but I am getting a -1 at the end of my URL for the root. The site is http://easyaccessonline.com which shows like http://easyaccessonline.com/-1 when you go to it.

I have looked through all of the settings in the blog > edit and site > options but I don't see where it is picking this up from.

I am not doing anything real strange. The main page is a static page, and so far just all pages, about 300 or so. I just started adding posts yesterday as I am getting ready to startup a blog on this site. That is when I noticed the -1 appearing.

    Any idea's???

Is this a mu install or regular wordpress? If it's regular wordpress, please head over to their forums:

If you are running mu, you need to read this page. It's linked to from your readme file and contains debugging information that you need to be including when asking for help:

My money is on a plugin causing the issue. I would try turning them all off to see if this occurs. If the problem disappears, try turning them on one at a time to see which one causes the issue.

Checking error logs should be a first step as well.

Thanks for the reply. This is indeed WordpressMU. I haven't changed any plug-ins on this site for a while now though, so its strange that I just started happening. Although, I just recently noticed it when I was having other problems, so it might have been going on for a while.

I will take a look at the link.

    Thanks.

Sure enough, it was a plugin.

I was using the redirection plug-in Author: John Godley. Once removed, my url looks fine again. I had been using this for a while. I am surprised I didn't notice it before.

I now am user Page_Links_To, a much more simple plugin (like me), and everything is back on track.

Thanks again for your help. I thought it was a plug-in, but I was afraid that shutting them down would cause other problems.
