Hi - I just installed another instance of wpmu (we have one already) and tried to change the settings for the auto-generated first blog to live in a subdirectory (/wpmu), but when I do it via the admin interface everything breaks, and I have to go into the DB to change all of the settings back to (/).
It's easy to reproduce -- just edit the settings for the first blog to some other subdirectory. I should add that I'm using the multiple-directory approach, rather than the multiple-subdomain approach. The version is wpmu 2.6.3.
Am I missing something? I don't want the main blog to live at / ...
