    Hello,

First of all, I apologise if this is already mentioned here, but I tried my best to find a solution without any luck.

    Here is my problem:

I've installed WPMU on domain.com, with the recommended options. When I create a new blog (test.domain.com) I receive the activation email (http://test.domain.com/wp-activate.php?key=296993177ac2a17a)

When I click on this link the page wont open, I can activate the blog using (http://domain.com/test/wp-activate.php?key=296993177ac2a17a) but I cannot login or do anything since the subdomain is already configured.

How can I solve this issue ?

Did you set up the wildcard subdomains like it says to do in the readme?

Can you tell me how to do that using CPanel ? I'm on Shared server.

    Thanks.

Ask your web host Support to enable wildcard subdomains for your domain.

you can't edit the required Apache file from cpanel.

I've asked my host to do that for me, but apparently they have done it wrongly. And now the website is doing a wrong redirection that will never finish.

My shared hosting is based on linux and running apache with cpanel.

Any ideas how can I fix this ? or how can I give them the correct wildcards to add ?

You have to add them to your domain records as well. It's all spelled out in the readme file.
