WordPress MU

I am running a MU site with sub-domains and I need to change the whole site to Sub-directories is there and an easy way to change it to Sub-directories or would I have to delete the whole site and start again. I only have 10-30 users.

What worked for me was to delete the whole site and reinstall WPMU. Backup SQL and wp-content folder then export XML of each blog. Tip: Note ID of each blog (and configurations) so that in your new install of WPMU, you can add on blogs in sequence same as the one in old install and import respective XML's. The whole process took less than 2 hours for 18 blogs with 12 users.

i actually have a script that'll do this. or I did, PM me.

Talk to Andrea and Ron, they helped me go from subdir to subdomain.

if/when you get the script do this:
1. back up DB
2. run conversion script
3. rename current install but leave it where it is.
4. edit httpd.conf and restart apache
5. install a fresh copy of mu using credentials from converted DB
6. migrate hacks and plugins from OLD install to new install.
7. install fresh copies of any plugins that were hacked to run with subdirs (wpmufeed, per example)

good luck. it took me about a week to sort out all the oddities.
