WordPress MU

hi there. in my wp-config.php it says:

define ('WPLANG', 'ro_RO');

I rememebr in earlier versions the location was somewhere underneath the wp-includes folder, whats the correct one?

wp-content/languages at least starting from 1.5.1 :)
