I have MU running perfectly, however I'd like to slighly modify a theme that is currently installed on both the main site, and one of the subdomains. I want to keep using the same theme, however I'd like to change the image in the header on the subdomain...can I do this? (and no, the theme doesn't have a customized headers as an option...I need to hard code the theme to change it)...

Sure, make a copy of the theme. Change that & rename it & the folder. Assing it to just that blog.

No, change the folder name AND the them name is style.css. Then you'll have a second copy with a slightly different name. THEN you make changes to that one.
