I have two wordpressmu installs. I have a fresh install in the root and an old install(for reference) in a subfolder alpha. I updated the mysql db for the subfolder. The subfolder install links to the root folder even though all the links display correctly when hovered over.
ie url/alpha/news/ links to url/news/
Is this an apache2 issue? I have setup another file in sites-enable. Thoughts?
