Hello
Iv been working on installing nightly 06-05-14, I beleive.
everything looks good except all the links on the homepage
are broken or something:
The link in blog header- cpanel no website configured here
back to blog- same as above
comments-404 file not found
pages & archives-404 file not found
I do have a wildcard entry and have chosen the vhost upon install
any clues?

also shouldn't i be able to get to http//:www.mywebsite.com
without the www.
when i try this i get-cpanel no website configured here
Did you reload Bind and Apache after the install and modifications?
Did you copy over the .htaccess file?
Are there any listings in your CPanel error logs?

my host set up wildcard entry
there are no errors in cpanel error log
Did you copy over the .htaccess file? (Most important question in there)

Look in the root of your MU install and see if you see a file called .htaccess. It should be created by the install but you also have a copy of a standard one in your download named htaccess.dist that you can rename .htaccess
