I wonder where can I configure the admin/system email messages (confirmation, notifications ...etc)?
For example: all the massages that my users receive from the system have left to right text align, whether they receive them in SMTP or Yahoo or Gmail or any other mail service.
Since my wmpu system is Arabic, I want all messages to appear as RTL not LTR.
Moreover, I want them all to have UTF-8 encoding.
Do you know where can I make such configurations?
