I am trying to install Wordpress MU 2.7 on subdirectory in my server, that is running on Windows Server 2003 x64, we downloaded and installed ISAPI_Rewrite 3 (we did not purchase yet, but once it works we will) The site is running, it is accessible and the main wp-admin works, however, when we log in with a new test user, domain.com/blog/user/wp-admin/ loops and does not load anything, the main blog works, but nothing else. I believe it is a problem with the re-write configuration, so if you would be so kind as to provide me with a step by step installation and configuration for ISAPI in order to get it to work, I will be very gratefull.
I would like to know also what aditional applications are required for WPmu to run. I did a search in this forums and google, but I did not find a complete guide that could help me, just fragmented pieces of information and sollutions to very specific problems.

PS: I know WPmu runs better on Linux, but changing server is not a possibility.
