WordPress MU

i have install MU on localhost.
i updated the localhost.localdomain in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.
it installed the wordpressmu on localhost.
but when i am trying to create new blog it creates new blog but when i click on new blogs url its shows "Address not found"

Are you using apache or iis?

If you are running in subdomain mode then each blog you create will need to have an entry putting into your hosts file.

Looks like you already know how to do that. Write another line in there with the subdomains.
