Can we make a page like /signup where people can signup and we auto generate their own blog?

? have you tried to see how it works? you click a signup link and get to the page yourblog.com/wp-signup.php where they sign up and if they selected to get a blog, their blog is auto created after they click the activation key. what is your question actually?
