I have been digging around for two days now, trying to find some method of allowing non-users to come along and sign into any sub-blog of my MU installation.
E.g.
A.fishing.com and B.fishing.com are the sites of two fishing teams - members of team A should be able to sign up to A.fishing.com. I'm not really bothered if they are or are not automatically therefore users of http://www.fishing.com. Of course, been the admin of http://www.fishing.com, I am not familiar with team A or B, so can't be adding users myself.
I know there are threads discussing this issue, to me it is of fundamental importance and as yet, I have not come across the right solution. Any help much appreciated.
