WordPress MU

I'm on wpmu 2.7 I have problem with the wp-activate.php. After that user registering a new blog and getting the activation email , the activation dose not works. The wp-activate.php is in my folder and I have tested CHMD 775, 777 , 700 , 660 ect to be sure that is not a permission problem.
I'm running wpmu in my root folder :

i have plesk 8.6 .. in hosteurope.de german vps

What error does the user get on activation?

when someone tries to sign up they receive activation email but if they click on the link, they get this error:

Not Found the page

try to create blog and you see

None of those domains resolve for me at all, Only http://mastoraspc.gr does so I'd check your DNS settings to start off with.

but if I ping alb.matroaspc.gr it doesn't resolve

So if you are running in subdomain mode, you need to enable your DNS wildcard, as is stated in the instalation instructions.

thank you now i started to enable my Dns Wildcards .
I have plesk 8.6 if you know how enable dns wildcards please tell me . i try to enable butt dont exist any options for dns wildcards

I guess you must add * A record and point it to your IP.
Then add a * subdomain.

i have A records and i point to my ip . and i setup A subdomain butt again nothing . dont works the activation blog link

well so far whatever changes you have made have not propagated as subdomains on your main domain don't resolve

You'll need to talk to your hosting company as that looks nothing like the DNS admin panel on my domains

It should look like:

Everybody keeps telling you what you have to do to fix your issue. If you can't figure out how - ask support at your web host.

Your activate does not work because the wildcard domains are not set up.

now is another problem . the REDIRECT problem to anther domain

Don't install MU as an add-on domain.

Is not add-on domain . i have german vps with 30 PLESK websites account . i dont click any add-on domain

Why are you trying to redirect anything?

So what is in your apache error logs?
