I just noticed that you can change the order of the boxes under the edit screen, so you can drag the boxes you use more up to the top. So if you change the author of a post a lot you can simply drag that up to the top.
The big question is: how do I, using
add_action('edit_form_advanced', array(__CLASS__, 'CPCodeDialogue'), 1);
Make my additional edit form box draggable, or indeed move it up the list of boxes
