Main site post display option in WP mu? (2 posts)

    The non-profit I volunteer for has 4 departments. They require 1 general, central site and 4 local websites. Does WP mu match the for us important requirement that:

    Each local site should have their own posts displayed at their local site's news section, but should also have the option to display an important post on the main site
