WordPress MU

In the standard WP How To forum, the stick post at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/170987?replies=3 describes use of secret keys to enhance post and database security. From a WPMU perspective, is this something that must be done by each blog admin, or is this something that can be centrally administered in some way?

It's in the config file, and thus only accessable by one person: you. ;)

You do it once on set up and forget it.
