I have looked for a wordpress plugin so i can do a weekly live radio show, anybody know if thier is anything available as a wordpress plugin extension to enable this function?

Nope, just hosted versions like blogtalkradio.com - that you then link to from your blog.
That way, THEY pay for the bandwidth. ;)
