Hi if accidentally deleted a user through the admin area.
Is there anyway I can get them back?

or create a new user that takes the place of there blog?

Any answer for this? I just did the same thing.

All users are in your database, so I would check there. I'm not sure whether mu actually deletes the user records or whether it just marks the user as deleted.

If the user is still in the database and is just marked as deleted, then you can change the value there. If the user is not in the database, then they were deleted and the only way to get them back would be to recreate the account or look through a backup...if you have a backup.
