   Hi everyone i'm very new to this... i have tried the plugin "SMPT" and i have change the admin email address to admin@my domain BUT when someone registers for a blog they don't get their email with their password.

   I can manually register them via the admin panel and THEN they get a password via email but the registration page is not sending out emails.

   Is there a simple fix to this? (i hope so as i'd need step by step help)

   Everything else works fine (i would love to remove the bogus links in the footer that came with the theme but not sure if it can be done)

   EDIT:: OK i got the email thing working lmao i forgot to change the email address in the main settings DAH
   sorry for wasting peoples time

   where did you go step by step to get yours to work?
