When I try to install the list-all plugin (http://wpmudevorg.wordpress.com/project/List-All) or another blog list plug in it would give me weird characters and errors on the top of the page when I'm in wpmu. I don't know if this is a plugin issue or a bigger issue. Any advice?

DK¶ýú]æΆÿq§H®áêóȼIt didn't all copy, but there characters with black background and white lettering. When I open it up in notepad it also gives me that - am I missing something really dumb..I feel like I am.
The other error was an actual error but I need to recreate that one.

The pk bit at the front is windows shorthand for a zip file. When you downloaded the file, did you unzip it? The zip file extension is sometimes left off of downloads if you use IE. I have a feeling that's what has occurred here.

Thanks tdjcbe! You were right! I am using IE and on windows 2003 server, I thought it saved as a .php file. Ha that was easy, Thanks again!
