WordPress MU

Hi! I am moving a WP installation to a fresh WPMU. I had some changes to do in the database (as we change domain as well, among other things), and I have imported via phpmyadmin the tables form my old wp to the wpmu installation, and done all the sort of necessary changes to get user roles and other plugins work correctly.

Everything went fine... until I tried to change some names of the categories... some of them disappear and a (random?) tag become a category at its place!
eg: i try to change the name of the Category "Politics", and when saving it appears at its place "Fashionable", which was a tag before!

Any clue anyone?

Hi, I am running into this exact same issue now. We just migrated from WP to WPMU, and now it seems that tags are becoming categories and vice versa. Due to what one of our editors reported, I believe this might occur when someone saves a post.

Anyone else encounter this or know where I can find more information?
