A link to the feed would be helpful. Without knowing what you are seeing, there's little we can help with.
I have a feel that youp;re looking at the symbol and it;s been encoded. When read in a working rss reader, it should be returned to the symbol. But, again we need a link.
thanks for quick response
it works in the rssreader thats it
Actually it shows up fine in Firefox, both in the browser and in source.
It is failing though when I try it on the feed validator:
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Ffeedtran.com%2Ffeeds%2Ffreerolls.php
Actually you;re failing a bunch of things there.
My guess, and I hate dealing with charsets, is we have a charset problem. The feed generator is producing it;s feed while using the ISO-8859-1 charset. Somethings tells me your databases are in a different charset. Can you please check what charset your databases are using?
Actually just saw this in the report. Looks like the charset is the problem:
Your feed appears to be encoded as "ISO-8859-1", but your server is reporting "US-ASCII"

You may want to get with the developer of whatever program you;re using there and ask them about it though. If you;re having the problem, chances are someone else is as well.
