   I'm developing a website using wordpress MU, I want to restrict users in the use of plugins or themes that were installed in WPMU ... but the restriction to some users only.

   user1 can only use the themes xxx and user2 can not use these themes xxx ..

   how to do it

   Is it possible? Themes limited to certain users, no, themes limited to certain blogs, yes.

   what cant i do for themes limiting for certain blog?
   what kind plugin can do that?

   No plugin.

   Go to site admin -> themes. Disable the theme sitewide.

   Go to Site Admin -> Edit blog. Find the blog you want to have certain themes. Click the edit link.
   Look on the right side, a list of disabled themes shows up. Check to box to allow a theme just for that blog.

   ciao... thanks you its work... but its work for themes limiting only.
   and what cant i do for plugin limiting for certain blog?

   user1 can use plugin "abc", user2 can't use that plugin...

   at this time I only knew how to enable all or disable all

   I too was interested in finding a 'Restricted Plugins' plugin. any luck finding this so far?
