   I haven't installed WPMU yet but will install the latest stable version. Before I do I need to know if I can limit users to writing in one category. I will have one user from each of several States and each user will write for their State only. The ideal would be to have the list of categories where only one category or State can be selected at a time when reading the blog. Any user would go to the site and choose a single category, read the content and maybe pick another category and read that content. I would want to restrict the choosing of categories to one.

   If you were going to do this, then you could get away with just WordPress.
