WordPress MU

I want to create a custom blog roll so that when anyone creates a new blog in my multi-user site it displays custom links. Just like when I create anew site now the two links are wordpress.com & wordpress.org. I want my links to come up as well.

I tried the cets defualts plugin. Works great but it doesn't allow me to create a custom blogroll for every blog that is made. It allows me to delete the default blogroll and change the name to links, but does not allow me to create a new one.

Try the other one -- one of them does the trick.
