what are you talking about?
what page? a wordpress page? like the about page?
what layout? in the front end? in the back end when writing a page?
please be more specific.
Its the side-admin page... There are many blocks like categories, tags, publish etc.. The user can drag and drop them anywhere in the page, is there any way i can make them static???
Its site-admin => add new(posts) page......
hmm... not that I know of.
I managed to to that once by mistake, I don't know what I did but I killed one of the ajax files required for that drag and drop effect, I guess if you manually stop loading them, all drag and drop will cease but I guess that is too much, right?
if you are happy with just hiding some of the boxes, here is an interesting plugin: http://wpmudevorg.wordpress.com/project/meta-boxes
Thanks for replying...
I managed to hide some of the boxes by directly commenting the code in the files, i wanted to make the rest of the boxes static, so no user can modify it by his choice.
Anyway, i am still trying to solve that.
Thanks.
