This started pretty recently and is present in r606.
Only plugins loaded is the widget plugin and the bar is visible to all users. Anyone else seen this? Got a fix?

Do you use Safari? I have this in Safari but it may also be in Camino and Firefox.
Appears in Safari, Camino and Firefox on OS-X. I'm told that it's present on Firefox on linux too.
Same here for Safari and Firefox on OSX from r585 through to rc1. Div.autocomplete#searchresults box obscures categories checkbox.
I've added a BR below it so the categories won't be obscured.
