   Whe I tried to upgrade my blog from 2.8 to 2.8.1 it fails with no progress at all. Doesn't even seem to attempt the download.

   I've tried again with 2.8.2 and the same thing happens. I deactivated all plug ins, tried different browsers and still nothing changes?

   Any ideas?

   I'm guessing server & folder permissions won't allow it to copy over.
