I want to have my user information persistent across blogs. i.e. if my user signin via a blog, he should be able to use his account information to perform activites on the other blog which is part of same WPMU installation.
Is there anyway to do it?

Yes, add him as a user to the other blog. Right under the Users menu of the blog in question.
