Well I had posted a previous problem with phantom ads showing up on pages

It was suggested that it might be a plugin causing the problem by my host company techs. So what I did was deactivate each plugin one by one to see if removing one of them would fix the ad problem. It did not fix the ad problem, but it has caused a much much bigger problem.
Now that all the plugins are activated again ALL the posts on the main page load through my main domain rather than the domain blog it was posted on.
Any idea why it is doing this, or how I can fix it?
