   Hiii everybody
   I installed wp-mu successfully . mode_rewrite is enabled .I have added wildcard sign *.mydomain.TLD as subdomain in my CPanel,and I have enabled subdomain registeration .. the site is working well ...
   but when a user try to register new subdomain (user1.mydomain.TLD)and finish the registeration ,then the mail will be delivered to his Email .actually there no subdomain created for him , when he try to browse user1.mydomain.TLD the error is as follow :
   (((((((((((((((((
   Not Found
   The requested URL /wordpress-mu/ was not found on this server.
   Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
   )))))))))))))))

   FYI I installed the wp-mu in sub folder called /wordpress-mu/..

   and did you enable wild cards for Apache?

   how can I enable wild cards for Apatchi ?
   I just did the following exactly:
   login to my cpanel >> add subdomain >> added * as subdomain.

   Ask your webhost if wildcard subdomains are enabled for web accounts.
