WordPress MU

To see the pictures and the swf files in all the blogs I have to put FULL PATH to the image. I'm right?
For example, I created an example blog:
http://energyenhancement.org/Meditation-Blogs/yoga/

But when I post a comment, I can't see the header and the swf files.

what do i have to do?

I will explain this a bit better. The flash buttons and the pictures, in the index page and in the pages which people creates (blogs) appear.
But when i make a post on my index page or someone create a post in their own blog, the flash buttons and pictures doesn't appear any monre.

You will also need to use an absolute URL, not relative like in your examples.

anyway, i've got the same problem with my header.
previously when using jpg, i wont see any problem, but when i used the flash header, though I've changed the url into an absolute URL, but it just simply don't work if i used the permalink. so i can only use the default.

Can u please advice me.

I used the permalink at http://yiochukang.amkyckkids.com/
