How to add custom fields to blog options?

Anyone know how to add custom fields to blog options? I like to add a image logo that is specific for each blog to be displayed for the main portal.

It works the same on WPMU as it does on WP. Follow the directions here:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_Options_Pages

Be sure to use the directions under the "Register Settings" section - that's required now in WPMU.

If I register a new field in blog options, should I create a new table or use the current mu blogs table? Just didn't know if it would be affected with an upgrade.

If you register a new field in blog options, it will use the existing tables. That shouldn't change with the upgrade.
