   I've been searching to see if there is a plugin, but I can't seem to find what I am looking for.

   I need a way to send an e-mail to all of the blog administrators. When I add new features, I want to be able to let them know and give them instructions on how to use the features.

   I'll keep looking.

   This method I use will add a page to the SiteAdmin menu with a gigantic list of emails you can paste into your favorite mail program.
