   Hi there,
   I would like to ask question about possibility of Wordpress MU to support both subfolder and subdomain registrations of new blogs. I mean that user can choose on registration what link structure he needs user.domain.ltd or domain.ltd/user.

   No, it can't be decided on a user by user basis. It's a decision you have to make at installation.
