   I have two blogs:
   - blog1 (the main blog)
   - blog2

   Three users:
   - admin (site admin)
   - adminBlog2 (administrator role on blog2)
   - bloguser (contributor on blog2)

   I'm logged in as adminBlog2 and I want to change bloguser role from contributor to editor on blog2. WPMU tells me i'm not allowed to change bloguser. I'm pretty sure I was able to do this in WPMU 2.7.

   Is this normal, any advise?
