I'm on WPMU version 2.8.4 and am receiving a "Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress" when attempting to install the following plugins:
Google Analyticator 5.3.1
Ultimate Google Analytics 1.6.0
Has anyone had any success in using these on this version of WPMU or have founnd any issues?

It's not a WPMU-specific warning. It's a general warning form WP where ti check the "compatible with" tag on the plugin wit the version you have installed.
For example, Google Analyticator says "Compatible up to: 2.8.3" It will give you the exact same warning if you install it on single WP. It won't prevent you from installing it though.
