I just refreshed my install. After that, for my surprise, when I went create a new blog, it said that I couldn't. After change few things, it shown the screen to register myself in the current blog.
But there's no 'CREATE A BLOG' link!!!
    What have been changed?!?!?!

I think Andrea is asking if you're using the 'Home' theme as it contains the link while the other's don't.

Thank you drmike. :) Yep, that's what I'm asking.

As an aside, there's an idea that may be of interest. Add the "Create your Own Blog" link to the Meta Widget as well as the Themes for those who don't use Widgets.

    Ooo! Good idea!

I have some blogs on my system that are popular, and some of the visitors just don't have the knowledge to get to the main domain or realize they can sign up too.

That suggestion has come up on occasion for those blogs over at WP.com which require one to have an account to leave a comment. I've always suggest making a Text widget that explains that you have to have an account and provide a link to Wp.com's signup page.

You might have to buff up the wp-signup.php page a bit though with some details. :)
