   Im not sure WPMU is what I need to achieve this:

   I have 5 domains
   I want to have the SAME posts/reg users on EVERY domain (so the content is cloned) BUT on every domain I need a different header image and different seo settings.
   Basically it's like having 1 single blog, cloned on different domains which have a slightly different theme.

   Im not even sure that I need WPMU for this... do I?
   And if yes, how do I clone automatically the content for every domain? how do i share the same users for all the 5 domains?
   I guess that if WPMU is what I need, I will just need to create 5 different themes, with just different header images, and assign each one accordingly, so that's not a problem.

   Im just wondering if there is something else for what I need, maybe a standard tweaked WP ? virtual multi blog?

   Well, WPMU can get you a standard user base across all blogs. And, you could use the domain mapping plugin to map domains. But, that same content thing with a different header.... Yah, that seems a bit trickier. It's probably possible, but trickier.
