Adding only registered users to blogs (1 post)

    I want my blog owners be able to add new users to their blogs, but only if those users are already registered.

    I understand, that if I disabling registrations, but allowing blog owners to add users, effectively allows blog owners to add users to the site? That should never happen in this setup.
