   Hi,
   I would like to display only my own blogs in a tab of my Blog page (called My Blogs)

   How this could be done?

   sounds like you may want to look into buddypress (www.buddypress.org)

   What would Buddypress give me?
   Is there other, simpler, way to just filter the posts and display the ones for a specific user?

   Yeah, not seeing why he'd need BP just for that.

   Can't remember the specific function that pulls your list of blogs in the bakcend, but I bet you could make a page template to pull the info.
