the other users blog is runing now. why? what must l do

delete your wp-config.php and reinstall

l deleted wp-config.php and later same db same db user and same db pin l add on my blog. mistake same:

Who do you use for a hosting service? Some, like GoDaddy, intentionally cause problems if you are not using the appropriate service from them. For GoDaddy specifically, people have had to upgrade to VPS hosting in order to successfully run their WPMU blogs.
